Experience

We have a combined experience with other firms and Todd Architects, Inc. - responsibilities that have included design and production on large, complex and highly technical facilities including offices, retail roll outs, data centers, telecommunications, television broadcast facility, warehouse and distribution centers, along with banking institutions/prototype development, manufacturing and warehousing facilities, church, medical, R&D facility/labs, and prototypical buildings for restaurant chains, banks,  subdivision entrance/clubhouse, movie theaters, and retail establishments, retail roll outs, data / operations center, Internet POP sites, College Institutional, Broadcasting, Aviation/Hangar Facilities and pro bono projects. Responsibilities have included coordinating the total A/E effort for specific projects, ensuring design intent and owner criteria have been met, while monitoring performance of consulting A/E personnel for conformance to establish scope, schedule and budgets: interfacing with various planning and zoning boards and other regulatory agencies involved in the design and construction process; negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors and special consultants; and assisting in the preparation of financial proposals including pro forma and loan requests for clients.

Additional experience includes programming, code analysis, concept design and design development of projects with an overview role during construction documents and construction administration phases of our  team's projects while maintaining overall project schedule
